Mission
Shortsea Promotion Centre Flanders has to contribute to the promotion of transport by SSS, amongst other things to solve the problem created by road congestion and the mobility problems that go with it. In that respect the main focus is on the goods flows generated or received in Flanders, but also on the transit traffic in a European context. The increase of the market share of SSS must result in a durable solution and this as much as possible within an intermodal door/door concept.
